Why learn with a buddy?
Many new coaches discover that the transition from training to business can feel uncertain. Working alongside a learning partner helps you stay focused, motivated, and accountable. You are not business partners — you are companions in learning. Two independent coaches, walking the same path, supporting one another as you each build your own practice.
You will:
• Share ideas and reflections as you progress through the ten lessons
• Keep each other accountable and on track
• Learn from different perspectives and experiences
• Celebrate progress together, building confidence and momentum
It is simple: you decide to start together, you go at your own pace, and you support each other along the way. You can meet weekly, fortnightly, or whenever works for you — online, over coffee, or even out on a reflective walk.
One licence for the Executive Coach Launchpad costs £250. Choose the Buddy Option and receive two licences for £400 — saving £100. You will each have your own personal access to the course, and your own reflection space.
The only difference is that you will not be doing it alone.

With an MSc in Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, he has extensive experience leading business development and consulting teams, creating core programmes such as The Manager's GIFTS and CEE Your Clients. Steve enjoys working with leadership teams at all levels, combining strategic insight with practical tools to create business success.

In the Executive Coach Launch Pad, Steve acts as your guide and facilitator. He introduces lessons, reflects on key ideas, and hosts “Steve’s Chat” sessions after each exercise, helping you process the content, stay accountable, and build momentum as you develop your coaching business.

Jackie Jarvis is an accomplished business coach and author of Quick Wins in Sales and Marketing. With experience in both corporate and SME environments, she helps newly qualified and experienced executive coaches clarify their business strategy, attract clients, and grow their practice. Jackie’s approach combines commercial insight with practical coaching, and she is known for her engaging, supportive style.

Within the course, Jackie leads the coaching content. She shares her expertise through lesson intros, practical exercises, and reflective prompts, encouraging participants to take meaningful steps toward building their coaching business. She also integrates creative techniques, such as walking exercises, to help you reflect and apply the lessons in real-world contexts.
