Hi, It is great to launch our new business and I will soon be putting up the profiles of my Co-founders, and several new 'Co-laborators'.  It has been an exciting time pulling the business together and I welcome any discussions about working with us, whether you are an organisation looking for support, an individual, or a coach.

DR TIM ANSTISS

Co-founder

Tim is a medical doctor with over 10 years experience working in occupational health. A wellbeing and behaviour change specialist and coach, who lectures at Henley Business School on the MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change programme. Tim has helped create several health and wellbeing related campaigns, and has trained thousands of professionals in health coaching; shared decision making; motivational interviewing; and personal wellbeing.

In an earlier life Tim pole vaulted for Great Britain and was a contender on ITV's Gladiators.

DEREK REALE

Co-founder

Derek is our co-founder, and is a experienced, knowledgeable and passionate leader in the fields of Wellbeing and Occupational Health.  


Derek has created our 'Wellbeing Audit' proposition, and leads our 'Mental Health Awareness' propositions.  He has a keen interest in the expansion of company wellbeing strategies which are progressive and embrace change.  The positive impact created should have far reaching effects by enhancing the Employee Value Proposition, and positively impacting inclusion and diversity in the workplace. In a recent project, Derek helped create and curate an evolving holistic global wellbeing program working with a team of wellbeing ambassadors and champions taking a holistic Wellbeing approach incorporating physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing. 

Outside of work Derek has a deep knowledge of music, an increasing love of golf, and a dog that adores him:)
